Mara was born in Chicago. From a young age, Mara was always on the move living in many different states all over the U.S. During her travels, Mara acquired an Associate of Science in Veterinary Technology in Pennsylvania. She eventually went back to Chicago and worked at a feline only practice. Fortunately for us, she came to Oregon 3 years ago and worked at Greenhill Humane Society. She has three cats, Tarja, Gouda, and Nuka, and a leopard boa named Piatra. Mara is an avid 80’s music fan, enjoys all kinds of art, and playing the viola.
Since the end of June of 2013, Mara has become an invaluable asset to our nursing team. Her academic degree and work experience are a great resource for, not only the doctors, but for our clients as well. If you have any questions, Mara will do a great job explaining and easing any anxiety you may have.
Dara was born and raised local in Junction City. She, her husband, and two sons have a small farm with two horses, two dogs, and eight chickens. She also is an avid gardener, enjoying her flowers and eating the fresh fruits and vegetables that she grows.
Dara has been a great addition to our staff since May 2017. Being a Certified Veterinary Technician allows her to have the knowledge and skills to help us work efficiently and effectively. She really enjoys being part of a team that helps solve interesting and difficult cases. Dara is always trying to improve her skills as a veterinary technician in order to help each patient have a less stressful visit. She is also heavily involved in training new staff and is more than willing to answer any questions our clients may have about their pet’s medical care.
Eric grew up in Minnesota and moved to Oregon in 1998 to escape the Minnesota weather. Eric is currently between animals right now. He is just looking for the right cat to join his family. He is an avid sports fan of the Minnesota teams but doesn’t get his hopes up too much for their success.
Prior to working at Four Corners Veterinary Clinic Eric worked at Greenhill Humane Society for 2 years. He started working at Four Corners in October of 2005 and has been a very valuable asset ever since. Eric does all of our heavy lifting and assists the doctors during exams keeping our patients comfortable and safe.
